China Glaze - Glitter All The Way from the 2012 Holiday Joy Collection
Glitter All The Way consists of multi sized gold, green, red, and purple glitter in a clear base. Other than the name, I wouldn’t consider this a Winter polish. It’s like Mardi Gras on my nails. I will definitely be wearing this year round.

China Glaze - Water You Waiting For from the Cirque du Soleil Collection
This is another favorite of mine from the collection. It hard to make out all the colors it consists of but I’m sure I see blue, green, teal and maybe turquoise. This is three coats with top coat.

China Glaze - It’a A Trap-Eze! from the Cirque du Soleil Collection
Multi colored and sized glitter in a milky white base. Isn’t she beautiful? It’s A Trap-Eze! is hands down the best from this collection. There are similar indies out there but nothing compares to this. Photo shown is 3 coats with top coat.

China Glaze - Whirled Away from the Cirque du Soleil Collection
For this manicure I started off with two coats of Essie - Butler Please which is now my favorite blue creme. Whirled Away consists of large white hex, black strings, and medium sized hexes. To get the white hexes on I had to use the brush to dab them on. I went a little dab crazy on my middle finger which caused air bubbles as you can see.

Color Club - Gingerbread over China Glaze - FYI
For the gradient I dabbed Gingerbread at the top of my nail, dragged it down with a toothpick, then sealed it with top coat. 100 times easier than the sponging method if you ask me.

China Glaze - FYI
Beige. Linear. Holographic. Love this polish! FYI is from the highly coveted OMG! Collection. I missed out on the Collection but was lucky enough to win this in a bid on Ebay for less than $10.

China Glaze is releasing a line of polishes with a textured finish. My best guess is that its going to be similar to the velvet manicure. I’m really interested to find out how they were able to put this finish in a bottle, Ciate wasn’t able to. ThePolishAholic achieved the look by using flocking powder which is sold at craft stores. Don’t get too excited for this collection because it won’t be released until Summer 2013!

Le Excited or Le No?

So disappointed. From the press releases I expected this collection to be more duochrometastic. Half of the collection are dupes and only two of the polishes have a visible duochrome effect.

China Glaze - I’m Not Lion
This is from the Safari Collection which was extremely boring to me because it consisted mostly cremes. None of which were unique so “I’m Not Lion” easily stuck out. I was going to say something corny like “I’m not lying, I’m Not Lion is super duper” but another blogger beat me to the punch.

Nail Mail!
I was stressing out from filling out a resume (ha!) when my annoying lovely brother threw a package and mumbled few epithets at me. I lit up when I saw that it was from Dany. She even wrote a note to me ending in “Best of luck” as if she knew how stressed out I was. Nail buddies are the best.
Inside I got China Glaze TMI, four Jade holographics, and nail stickers that my sister ran off with before I could get a proper picture. Its gonna be such a struggle deciding what to try on first. Woe is me! {
