OPI - Light My Sapphire
Lust at first sight. Everytime I go outside I catch myself staring at my nails like a psycho. I’m a sucker for dark, shimmered polishes. The only negative is that it’s so hard to photograph. I literally took 20+ photos before I settled on this one. I know I sound like a broken record but this polish is 100x’s better looking in person.

Another Saran Wrap Mani. This time I’m using China Glaze Hologram & Virtual Violet. I’m not feeling this combo at all. Next time I’ll just stick to using one holographic polish and top it off with a creme.

Like I mentioned yesterday, I’m slowly trying to wear all the polishes I’ve never used before by having my brother randomly pick a number from my spreadsheet.
Me: Bijan, pick a number 1 through 353.
Bijan: Why?
Me: Just pick a number!
Bijan: 25. Why?
Scattered holographic in a violet base. The application was a complete nightmare for me. The first two coats were a hot streaky mess. I had to add a third to even it out. Despite the horrid application I really like this polish. Purple is one of of my favorite colors and holo makes everything better.

Jazzed up my previous nails and did a Saran Wrap mani based off of getnail-d’s tutorial using Orly - Beach Cruiser. It is seriously the simplest nail art you can do. I’m thinking of several color combos I can do in the future.

Orly - Melt Your Popsicle
The application of this polish was a dream. It only took two coats for full opacity. No top coat. Unlike most neon polishes, the finish isn’t matte. I’m so in love with neon polishes! Feel the Vibe has easily became my favorite Orly Collection. I have to get Glowstick (neon yellow!) and Skinny Dip to feel complete.
*it goes without saying that this is 10 times brighter in person, right?!?!
Current Mani
My brother decided to be nice and treat me to a manicure this morning. I’m so glad that I finally found a manicurist who can do stiletto nails to my liking. The first 2 times I left unhappy with almond shaped nails.
Anywho, it was hard for me to choose one so in the end I chose After Party and Beach Cruiser for my ring fingers. After Party has made its way into my top 10. I love dark base polishes packed with fine glitter. Beach Party is a good pairing with it. I can’t stop lusting over my nails.
Nicole by OPI - One Time Lime This was originally my least favorite from the bunch but I surprisingly really love this color on me.

1 of the 2 polishes I had to swatch on myself yesterday.
My Homage to ELSALONSITO. She’s one of my favorite Nail Artists. Her designs are so unique, I look forward to her nail wheels. The Spray Paint design that she created is my favorite so I tried my best at replicating it. It’s an utter fail but I look forward to getting better at it in the future.
Props to Christina for coming up with such an amazing idea for us to pay homage to the Nail Artist that inspire us. I loved the idea and couldnt wait to join in but I’m such a procrastinator that I almost missed out on it :)
